Biokar EASY STAPH® Agar

Biokar EASY STAPH® Agar is a rapid chromogenic medium for the enumeration of coagulase-positive Staphylococcus spp., especially Staphylococcus aureus, in food, feed, and environmental samples. Certified by NF VALIDATION according to ISO 16140-2, it delivers confirmed results within just 22–24 hours—eliminating the need for confirmatory testing. Colonies appear white to black with a distinct opaque fibrin halo, simplifying identification. A faster and more specific alternative to traditional Baird Parker-based methods.
