Biokar SYMPHONY® Agar
Biokar SYMPHONY® Agar is a selective medium designed for the rapid enumeration of yeasts and molds in food, feed, water, and environmental samples. With incubation results in just 54–72 hours—faster than traditional 5-day methods—this medium improves workflow efficiency. The presence of Rose Bengal helps visually distinguish yeast colonies (pink), while the formulation limits the spread of mold mycelia for easier counting. SYMPHONY® Agar is NF VALIDATION certified and compliant with ISO 21527-1/-2 standards.
